There s a bit of fussiness involved to get the outer seals like your torn one situated.
Replace the caliper and bleed the brake.
A compressor pump is useful for popping out the pistons after the caliper is pulled.

So this can cause all the dirtiness to come into the calipers which will cause the pistons not to slide correctly.
If the piston won t come out easily work it out with your fingers and you ll see the dust boot.

Put the caliper on a flat surface with a piece of wood in front on the piston.
Attach an air hose to the hole where the fluid enters the caliper.
All that s left is a bit of the melted and torn remains of the boots.
