Can I Install Vinyl Plank Flooring Under Cabinets

I have been told that the only time you install cabinets over flooring is if you are intalling ceramic tile as flooiring.

Can i install vinyl plank flooring under cabinets.

We often get asked if vinyl flooring can be installed under cabinets. Remove the cabinets and screw a plywood filler piece to the subfloor about inch inside the line where it will be under the cabinets. The allure is a floating floor and it can withstand 200 pounds per square inch. This piece should be at least 2 inches wide and about inch thicker than the total thickness of the flooring including any vapor barrier or cushion.
